Finding the best tenant

We consider the tenant selection process as being one of the most important parts of our business. Tenants are not always what they appear to be. For this reason, careful and thorough examination of applications makes the take of managing your property easier and ensures that your property is in safe hands. We like to emphasise to lessors that it is much easier to put a good tenant in that it is to get a bad tenant out.

Once the necessary background checks have been completed you will be contacted by our property management team to discuss the application and, as the owner of the property, you will have final approval of the applicant.

Regular Inspections

A complete and detailed Property Condition Report is compiled by our office prior to the tenant moving in to the property. This report records the cleanliness, condition of the property and all fittings\fixtures inside and out.

Routine inspections are conducted by the property management team on a regular basis to ensure the tenant is maintaining the property to a satisfactory standard.

Lease Renewals

Prior to the conclusion of a fixed term lease we will discuss with you the terms and rental increases required for a lease renewal to take place.
